Week 12 Vs Bengals

The Steelers played a complete game vs the Cincinnati Bengals in a 35 to 7 win to go 9 and 3.   The defense sacked Andy Dalton 3 times and shut down the Bengals running game.  Lamarr Woodley was not on the field much because he tweaked his hamstring,  but will be ready for the Cleveland Browns on Thursday night.  James Harrison had 3 sacks, and Ike Taylor had an interception, plus Cameron Heyward blocked a field goal to stop a Bengals drive.   Rashard Mendenhall rushed for 60 yards and 2 touchdowns, plus Isaac Redman rushed for 51 yards.   Ben Roethlisberger had an excellent day with 15 for 23 passing for 176 yards and 2 touchdown passes both to Mike Wallace.    Special Teams were outstanding besides the block field goal by Heyward,  Emmanuel Sanders recovered a fumble on a kickoff to set up a touchdown, and Antonio Brown returned a punt 60 yards to give the Steelers a 28 to 7 lead at halftime.   Jeremy Kapinos had a great game punting the ball, and Shaun Suisham made all of his extra points.   The Steelers have a short week and can’t overlook the Cleveland Browns at Heinz Field this Thursday night.
