Terrell Owens is in Trouble Again

The Allen Wranglers of the Indoor Football League got a lot of publicity for signing Terrell Owens as a wide receiver and as a co-owner of the team.  That ended last Tuesday when he was released for “lack of effort for both on and off the field.”    Owens failed to show up at scheduled appearance at local hospital, and the team said he would skip the last two road games that were important to the Wranglers playoff chances.    Owens has suffered financial problems and was on the Dr Phil show being confronted by three mothers of his children over the claims he didn’t pay child support.    Why would any NFL team sign someone who was a no-show at a team function, and skip two road games that was important to the Wranglers making the playoffs.  If this the end of the road for Terrell Owens he should not blame anyone else but himself.
