Lance’s new charges

Lance Armstrong has been dogged by charges of using performance enhancing drugs since his first Tour De France victory in 1999.    The federal government investigated Armstrong for two years, and could not find anything to charge him with.    The United States Anti-Doping Association has new charges on Armstrong that could strip of all his 7 Tour De France titles.  Since Armstrong retired from cycling in 2005, he has been competing in marathons and triathlons, plus formed the LiveStrong foundation to fight cancer.   Now the USADA is again investigating he can’t compete in triathlons.  Armstrong has denied using PEDs and taking 500 drug tests to prove that he never cheated.   Since he over came testicular cancer that spread though his body and was giving a 40% chance of survival.  Armstrong became one of the great cyclist of all time, and an outspoken advocate in the fight against cancer.   If there is proof of him taking PEDs all of achievements would be tainted, and all of the work he has done against cancer would come into question.  There is one question that has to be asked if the charges are true do the ends justify the means.
