World Series Game 2

Madison Bumgarner pitched 7 shutout innings and Sergio Romo pitched a scoreless 9th as the San Francisco Giants defeated the Detroit Tigers 2 to 0 to take a 2 games to none advantage.  The Giants got their runs when Brandon Crawford hit into a double play scoring Hunter Pence in the 7th inning, and Pence hit a sacrifice fly scoring Angel Pagan in the 8th inning.   Despite the loss Doug Fister pitched well giving up one run in 6 innings of work.   The Tigers return to Comerica Park Saturday night for game 3 as Anibal Sanchez takes on Ryan Vogelsong with first pitch at 8:07 P.M.
