Vs the Giants

The Steelers lost to the New York Giants 18 to 13 and there were some good and bad things that happened in tonight’s game. Special teams gave up a blocked punt and a fumbled punt that setup two Giants field goals. The offensive line gave up four sacks, and the passing game was a little ragged. Landry Jones fumbled a snap and caused a safety However, the running game was good leaded by Larod Stephens-Howling, and he was in because Le’veon Bell was inactive due to a knee injury. The defense had 4 sacks and two fumble recoveries. Adrian Robinson recovered a fumble in the end zone for the Steelers only touchdown. Shawn Suisham made two field goals and Brian Moorman had a good night punting.

The Steelers are a work in progress and they have a full week in training camp before their game versus the Washington Redskins next Monday night and they have to get back to the basics.
