Week 10 Vs Lions

In a week of trade rumors, Ben Roethlisberger had his best game of the season. He threw for 367 yards and 4 touchdowns and no interceptions. The running game was ineffective because of the weather and the Lions defense. While Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson was getting all of the press, Antonio Brown has an outstanding game with 7 catches for 147 yards and 2 touchdowns. For the defense it was a tale of 2 halves in the 1st half the gave up 27 points, and 379 yards of total offense, but in the 2nd half they shutout the Lions, and limited the Lions to 72 yards of total offense. They forced 3 turnovers and had 2 sacks, plus shut out Johnson in the 2nd half. The special teams were also outstanding with Shaun Suisham made 3 field goals and 4 extra points, and Matt Mcbriar hit a 70 yard punt. It all added up for a 37 to 27 win for the Steelers and a 4-6 record going into next Sunday’s against the Cleveland Browns at First Energy Stadium with a 1:00 P.M kickoff.
